TERRACE WATERPROOFING RATE ANALYSIS

Providing waterproofing for Terrace as per the specifications listed below and Testing of treatment as per the requirements. Water proofing and subsequent testing shall be as per manufacturer recommendation and under the strict supervision of manufaturer representative . Method statement with technical data shall be approved by structural consultant (Location shall be Terrace , Head room roof, LMR roof, OHT top , security etc)

Preparing the surface around the core in the block wall / RCC slab. by packing the excess hole with brickbat or broken blocks or coarse aggregate or Concrete, sealing the surface with Rendroc plug or equivalent materials, grouting with non-shrink cement polymer-based grout using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent or waterproof compound as per manufacturer recommendation.

Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene-based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR  to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other UPVC/PVC pipes

Supplying and filling of first quality brick bat materials of density 700 Kg/M3, mixed with cement mortar 1:6. or Equivalent lightweight materials density not exceeding 800 kg/m3. Filling of the sunken area shall be considered after approval of necessary leakproof tests(80mm Avg Thick)

Clay tiles - Providing and fixing 200 x 200mm Pressed clay tiles over the weathering coarse concrete, the tiles should be laid with the necessary slope as required, the base mortar ratio 1:4 mixed with waterproofing compound, and the thickness of the mortar shall be 30mm. Tiles to be laid in slope at inner corners and pipe foundations. All the joints of the tiles 12-15mm should be pointed using joint fillers mixed with red oxide & waterproofing compound. The cost to be included of lead, lift & wastage, etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge/ Consultant.
